Wholesale supply for universities, contract laboratories, manufacturers and distributors. Volume pricing, per-lot documentation, and a named contact.
Who we supply
Trade accounts are open to registered businesses and institutions with a research purpose for the material. We ask for company registration details and a statement of intended use, and we verify both.
- Universities and academic research groups
- Contract and commercial laboratories
- Manufacturers and formulators buying reference material
- Distributors supplying the above
We do not open accounts where the intended use is unclear, or where material would be supplied onward for human or animal consumption. That is not a formality — it is the basis on which this catalogue can be supplied at all, and it is why the application asks the questions it does.
What a trade account gets you
| Tier | Entry point | Terms |
|---|---|---|
| Trade | £500 per order | 25% off list across the catalogue. |
| Trade+ | £1,500 per order | 35% off list. Named contact. |
| Partner | £3,000 per order | 40% off list. Named contact. Priority production slot. |
Thresholds are per order, by value rather than by unit count, because a catalogue ranging from £8.99 to £209.99 makes a vial a poor unit of measurement. All tiers are payment in advance by open banking transfer. We do not offer credit or payment terms.
- Per-lot documentation. Every shipment references the lot it came from, and its certificate where one is published.
- Consistent lots. Where a project needs material from a single lot across repeat orders, tell us and we will reserve it while stock lasts.
- Lead time: 3 to 4 weeks. Material is produced against your order rather than drawn from stock, so every vial is made and tested for you. Partner accounts get a priority production slot. Tell us your schedule and we will confirm a date before you commit.
- A named contact rather than a general inbox.
Documentation, and what it does not cover
Trade customers get the same evidence we publish openly, per lot: identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC, tied to the batch number on the vial. How to read those reports, and their limits, is set out in how to read a certificate of analysis.
24 of 67 catalogue items currently have a published certificate of analysis. Some batch data shown on this site is sample data added for design purposes. See the full list
Material is not manufactured under a pharmaceutical quality system. It is not sterile, not tested for endotoxin, and carries no stability data or pharmacopoeial release. If your application requires any of those, this is not the right supplier and we would rather say so at the application stage than after an order. The full position is on the testing page.
How it works
- Apply using the form below. It takes a few minutes and asks for registration details and intended use.
- We verify — company number against Companies House or your national register, VAT number where supplied, and whether the stated use fits the products requested. Two working days.
- We come back either way. Approved accounts get pricing and a contact. Declined applications get a reason.

Common questions
Can a sole trader open an account?
Yes, where there is a demonstrable research purpose. Leave the company number blank and describe the work in the intended use field. We may ask for supporting evidence.
Do you supply outside the UK?
We dispatch within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. EU supply is something we intend to run as a separate operation once the UK side is established, rather than shipping across the border case by case. If you are outside the UK, say so on the application and we will tell you when that changes.
Do you offer white label or custom synthesis?
Not at present. We would rather say so plainly than list it as “coming soon” and then decline enquiries. A managed white label and dropshipping service is something we intend to offer once the systems behind it are in place to run it properly. If that is what you need, say so on the application and we will come back to you when it exists.
Will you supply products not listed on the site?
No. Everything we supply is listed publicly with the same documentation and the same research-use framing. A catalogue shown only to trade customers would sit outside the controls that make the public one defensible.
Can I resell to the public?
Not for human use, and the declaration on the application says so. Several compounds in this catalogue are prescription-only medicines in Great Britain or close analogues of them; supplying those to the public without a prescription is an offence under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, and a research-use label does not create an exemption. Accounts found doing so are closed.
