| Problems and returns | For a wrong or damaged item, contact customer support and we’ll put it right. Refunds can be made to cards; for crypto payments, the refund method is agreed with you through customer support. Cancellation: unopened, sealed vials can be cancelled within 14 days of the day after you receive your order (buyer pays return postage). If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. No returns once a vial is opened (hygiene seal), unless it is faulty or not as described. Packaging
Lyophilised material is shipped at ambient temperature for transit. Refrigerate (2–8 °C) on arrival; for longer-term storage before reconstitution, store frozen (around −20 °C). Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and do not freeze. See our storage guide.
Customs and local law
Products are supplied for laboratory / research use only. Import rules differ by country. You are responsible for checking local rules before ordering. If customs or local authorities delay, return, or seize an international parcel, that risk sits with you — we do not guarantee clearance and seized shipments are not eligible for automatic refund or free reshipment. Duties and taxes (if charged) are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
