Our products are supplied for research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption and are not medicines.
Customer confirmation
By placing an order, you confirm that you are buying for a legitimate research purpose and that you are aged 18 or over.
Shipping
International shipping is available only by prior arrangement: customers must contact customer support before ordering. International orders are subject to applicable customs and local-law requirements (see Shipping).
Prices and VAT
Prices are as shown on the site at the time of ordering. We are not VAT registered, as stated in our FAQ. UK delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 24: free on orders of £40 and over before discount codes, and £3.49 on orders under £40. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping page.
Orders
An order is subject to our acceptance and stock availability. We may be unable to accept an order where the relevant product is unavailable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent lawful, our liability relating to research materials is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant order, and we are not liable for consequential claims beyond that purchase price.
