What should I look for in a research peptide supplier?
Prefer clear research-use-only framing (no human-use advice), UK dispatch, transparent shipping, batch-specific third-party COAs you can verify, honest unpublished gaps, and storage/handling guidance. Where a line on our Certificates of Analysis page shows “Not currently published”, no certificate of analysis is currently published for that product or strength.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available, but customers must contact customer support before ordering. International orders are arranged with support and may be subject to applicable customs and local-law requirements.
Do you accept cards?

Shipping, payment and returns
How much is UK delivery?
Free UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery on orders of £40 and over before discount codes (£3.49 under £40), including Northern Ireland. International shipping is available by prior arrangement; contact customer support before ordering.
What is the cut-off for same-day dispatch?
2:00pm UK time on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next business day, via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is 1–2 working days after dispatch.
What is your returns policy?
Cancellation: unopened, sealed vials can be cancelled within 14 days of the day after you receive your order (buyer pays return postage). No returns once a vial is opened (hygiene seal), unless it is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact customer support and we’ll put it right. Refunds can be made to cards. Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Third-party certificates of analysis for selected OWSA Labs product lines are listed on our Certificates of Analysis page. Each certificate covers only the batch and strength printed on it and was commissioned by the company named on it, not by OWSA Labs. We can’t yet confirm which lot is in stock; check the lot number on your vial against the certificate.
