Dispatch and timing
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours via tracked Royal Mail 24 (or equivalent tracked UK service). You will receive tracking when the order ships.
Packaging
Lyophilised material is shipped at ambient temperature for transit. Refrigerate on arrival per the storage guidance on the product/docs.
Customs
Not applicable for UK deliveries — we do not ship internationally.
