UK Delivery and Packaging: What to Expect

Here’s how OWSA Labs orders reach you, and what to do when they arrive.
Dispatch
Order by 2:00pm UK time on a business day (Monday–Friday) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery
- Orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.
- UK delivery is 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- UK delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 24, including Northern Ireland, is free on orders of £40 and over and £3.49 on orders under £40. International orders are by prior arrangement only, at the buyer’s customs risk.
Packaging and arrival
Lyophilised material is shipped at ambient temperature for transit. Freeze-dried material is generally more stable than material in solution, which is why it travels this way. When your parcel arrives, refrigerate the sealed material (2–8 °C); for longer-term storage before reconstitution, store it frozen (around −20 °C). Once reconstituted, keep it refrigerated and do not freeze. See our storage guide for the basics.
On arrival checklist
- Check the parcel and vials for damage.
- Store the material promptly as directed.
- Log the batch number, date received and storage location.
If something’s wrong
Email support@owsa-labs.com with your order number, photos and a description. You can cancel within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your order; see our returns page for how to return and who pays postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
